Our Story

Here & Still was born from a simple observation: in our hyperconnected world, we've forgotten how to disconnect. We check our phones 96 times a day, our minds race with endless to-dos, and genuine stillness feels impossible.

We believed meditation shouldn't require apps with countless features, subscriptions, or 30-day programs. Sometimes, all you need is to stop, breathe, and be reminded that this moment is enough.

Why We Built This
